Overview

About the project

Guidehealth partners with physician practices and healthcare organizations to deliver AI-enabled, value-based care. With several audiences to serve and four weeks to launch, the company needed a website that explained a complex model clearly and that its own team could manage after handoff.

See it in action

A tour of the site

A walkthrough of the live site, from the homepage through key pages and navigation.

The challenge

A complex story, a short runway

Three requirements shaped the project from day one.

Many audiences

Practices, providers, partners, and prospects each needed a clear path to the information that mattered to them.

An accelerated timeline

Four weeks from kickoff to launch, with C-suite reviews, change requests, and approvals along the way.

Easy to manage

A non-technical team needed to update content confidently after launch, without a developer for every change.

The approach

From discovery to launch

Discovery with leadership

Worked directly with C-suite leaders to translate complex messaging into user-centered layouts and clear conversion paths.

Site structure and wireframes

Planned the site structure and created basic wireframes before development began.

Applying the brand and style guides

Translated Guidehealth’s existing brand and style guides into consistent typography, color, spacing, and components across the site.

Component-driven build

Built a responsive site with 15+ reusable templates in Elementor Pro, designed to WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

SEO, analytics, and testing

Implemented SEO, schema markup, alt text, and analytics, then tested across browsers and devices.

Documentation and handoff

Delivered handoff documentation and content governance guidelines so the team could manage the site with confidence.

Beyond launch

Spotlight: Medicare ACCESS program page

After launch, the site kept growing alongside Guidehealth’s programs. The Medicare ACCESS page is the clearest example: a dedicated program page built to turn interest into enrollments.

  • Two lead capture forms that save every submission, even if email delivery is interrupted
  • A practice selector that guides each practice to the information that applies to it
  • Compliance-sensitive content, added to the main navigation as the program launched

Technical challenges

Problems solved along the way

Reliable lead capture

Challenge: the hosting environment blocked standard email ports, so form notifications couldn’t send reliably.

Solution: custom form handling that logs every submission to the database first, with secure email delivery through WP Mail SMTP and Microsoft 365, so no lead is lost.

Working within strict hosting security

Challenge: a hosting firewall restricted common scripting and styling approaches.

Solution: a CSS and script architecture designed to work within those security rules without sacrificing functionality.

Responsive navigation

Challenge: navigation and sticky header behavior broke down across screen sizes.

Solution: rebuilt responsive navigation and header behavior that holds up on every device.

Accessibility and performance

Challenge: keeping an image-rich site fast and accessible as it grew.

Solution: media library optimization, descriptive alt text, and ongoing WCAG AA remediation.

The results

What was delivered

  • An 11-page custom website launched on a four-week timeline
